Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Clubhouse Sites, including the website builder, hosted club websites, billing features, domain services, and related tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use Clubhouse Sites

Clubhouse Sites is intended for adults who are authorized to act for a sports organization, club, academy, team, or similar entity. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to create and manage the account for the organization you represent.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

2. Free preview and paid subscriptions

New organizations may receive a seven-day free preview. No payment card is required to begin the preview. Choosing a paid plan activates the subscription immediately, even if preview time remains.

If a never-paid free preview ends without a subscription, editing and public preview access may be restricted while the saved website content is retained for at least 30 days. Clubhouse Sites may remove that abandoned preview content after advance deletion notice. Activating a paid plan before cleanup restores the saved site.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly or annual cadence selected at checkout until canceled. Current plan pricing and included features are shown before purchase. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively, with reasonable notice when required.

3. Cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, and paid features remain available through that date.

Upgrades take effect immediately and may create a prorated charge. Downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal so you keep the current plan's features through the paid period.

When a subscription ends or a plan no longer includes a feature, the related website or domain feature may return to preview or be disconnected as described in the Billing & Refund Policy.

4. Payments and refunds

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Clubhouse Sites does not store full payment-card numbers.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where we determine that a duplicate, erroneous, or failed-service charge should be refunded. More detail is available in the Billing & Refund Policy.

5. Complete managed-domain service

The Complete plan may include Clubhouse Sites managed-domain service. Complete currently includes up to $20 toward initial standard domain registration and each annual renewal.

If a renewal price exceeds the included amount, Clubhouse Sites may charge a reasonable overage after advance notice. Overage amounts above the automatic-charge threshold shown in the product require customer approval before payment.

Registrar-native auto-renew may be disabled because Clubhouse Sites manages eligible renewals through its own lifecycle. Renewal eligibility ends if the Complete subscription is canceled, becomes ineligible, or is scheduled to downgrade away from Complete.

If managed-domain service is ending, you are responsible for completing any requested transfer steps before the service-end date. Domain registrations and renewals can involve third-party registry and registrar rules outside Clubhouse Sites' control.

6. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of text, photos, logos, team information, sponsor materials, and other content you submit. You grant Clubhouse Sites a limited license to host, process, resize, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.

You are responsible for having all rights and permissions necessary to publish submitted content, including photos or information concerning athletes, minors, sponsors, coaches, and third parties.

7. Tryout registrations and youth information

Public tryout registration forms are intended to be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult. Organizations are responsible for deciding what athlete information they request and for using registration information only for legitimate club purposes.

Do not use Clubhouse Sites to collect sensitive child information that is not reasonably necessary for the stated registration purpose.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or deceptive activity.
  • Do not upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, customer data, or security controls.
  • Do not upload malware, intentionally disrupt the service, or use the platform to distribute prohibited or exploitative content.

9. Third-party services

Clubhouse Sites relies on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, database, payment, email-delivery, and domain-registration providers. Your use of some features may also be subject to those providers' applicable terms and technical limitations.

10. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Clubhouse Sites available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may update, repair, suspend, or change parts of the service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons.

11. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, abuse, or a material violation of these Terms. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubhouse Sites is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee specific fundraising, recruiting, registration, search-ranking, sponsorship, or business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubhouse Sites will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Clubhouse Sites during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
