Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility and account ownership

Affiliate account holders must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and able to enter into a binding agreement. Clubhouse Sites may approve, reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account at its discretion where reasonably necessary to protect the program.

If an affiliate page features a creator aged 13–17, the account must be owned and controlled by that creator's parent or legal guardian. The adult account holder is responsible for the page, approvals, payment information, and compliance with these terms. Creators under 13 are not eligible to participate in the affiliate or collaborator programs.

2. Referral attribution

A referral may be credited when a new prospect visits an affiliate tracking link and creates a new Clubhouse Sites account within 30 days of the most recent valid affiliate visit. Attribution is locked when the referred account is created and is not later replaced by a different affiliate link.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent signups, existing customers, manually manipulated attribution, and other activity that Clubhouse Sites reasonably determines is not a genuine new referral are ineligible.

3. Customer discount

Eligible referred customers receive 15% off the first paid month only. For an annual plan, the first annual invoice receives the dollar equivalent of 15% of one monthly payment for that plan.

The referral discount applies once, cannot be stacked with another promotional discount unless Clubhouse Sites explicitly allows it, and does not renew.

4. Affiliate commissions

An affiliate earns 20% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected from an attributed customer during the 12 calendar months beginning with that customer's first successful subscription payment.

Eligible revenue excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, failed or disputed payments, non-subscription charges, domain costs, unrelated services, and amounts Clubhouse Sites reasonably determines resulted from invalid or abusive activity.

A first annual subscription payment may qualify. An annual renewal that occurs at or after the end of the 12-month commission window does not qualify.

5. Clearance, payout and taxes

Commissions remain pending for 30 days after the applicable customer payment so refunds, disputes, and other reversals can be reflected before payout.

Cleared balances of at least $25 may be included in a monthly payout batch. Smaller positive balances may be reviewed for payout quarterly. Clubhouse Sites may delay a payout while a refund, chargeback, fraud review, identity check, or reconciliation issue is unresolved.

Payouts require successful Stripe Connect onboarding and any identity, banking, or tax information requested by Stripe or applicable law. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations. Stripe may impose additional processing or availability delays outside Clubhouse Sites' control.

6. Required disclosures and promotional conduct

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their paid relationship with Clubhouse Sites whenever they share an affiliate link or endorsement. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand in the context of the post, Story, Reel, email, message, or other promotion.

• Do not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or guaranteed claims about Clubhouse Sites, customer results, or affiliate earnings.
• Do not send unlawful or deceptive spam, use purchased contact lists improperly, impersonate Clubhouse Sites, or misrepresent the nature of the relationship.
• Do not bid on or impersonate Clubhouse Sites trademarks, domains, social handles, or branded search terms in a misleading manner.
• Use only content, photos, logos, music, names, likenesses, and other material that you have the right to use.

7. Commission corrections, suspension and termination

Clubhouse Sites may reverse, withhold, or correct commissions associated with refunds, chargebacks, duplicate credit, self-referrals, fraud, abuse, technical error, or other ineligible activity.

Either party may end participation in the program. Clubhouse Sites may suspend or terminate an affiliate for material breach, fraud, misuse of customer data, deceptive promotion, repeated policy violations, or conduct that creates legal, security, or reputational risk.

Termination does not create a right to commissions that were never validly earned. Valid cleared commissions accrued before termination remain payable after reconciliation, subject to applicable payout requirements and legal obligations.

8. Privacy and program data

Affiliate tracking, referral attribution, payout status, and program activity are handled as described in the Clubhouse Sites Privacy Policy. Customer contact information is not provided to affiliates through the affiliate dashboard.

9. Signature collaborators

A signature collaborator participates under separate collaborator terms. A collaborator may also earn affiliate commissions under these Affiliate Program Terms when customers are validly attributed to the collaborator's tracking link.

There is no automatic royalty for use of a signature template by customers who were not attributed through the collaborator's affiliate link unless Clubhouse Sites separately agrees in writing.

10. Changes to the program

Clubhouse Sites may modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program prospectively. Material changes to commission rates, eligibility, or payout rules will be posted with an updated effective date and additional notice when appropriate.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in California.
