Marcus Reed still remembers arriving at his first Boston Bulldogs practice with a glove that was almost too big for his hand. Four seasons later, he left the program as a confident teammate who loved the work behind every game.
Now a high school junior, Marcus plays varsity baseball and volunteers at youth clinics. He credits his Bulldogs coaches with teaching him to prepare with purpose, respond to mistakes, and encourage the players around him.
“The best thing I learned was how to be a good teammate,” Marcus says. “That stays with you long after the game ends.”
We’re proud of the player and person Marcus has become. Once a Bulldog, always a Bulldog.
